Convert the net error to a fuchsia error in fuchsia.http service

The current implementation assumes the values are identical. It would be best to add the values in FIDL and explicitly convert them.

Does the design of the net.[old]http interface assume that we'll return e.g. zx_status_t values?  Or does it define its own error-namespace?
