Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.12 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
# su - nobody

$ DISPLAY=:0 chromium

What is the expected behavior?
This should be caught better.

Yes the browser shouldn't start, but this case should be handled better.
