Pages arent loading properly on chrome canary

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/17.17134

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter any url
2. sometimes it goes "awh snap!" and sometimes it only loads SOME of the UI of the website, sometimes it doesnt at all.
3. repeat

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome wont load sites properly, it would sometimes load only little some of the UI of the website I am visiting, but it will not load the rest, and the page just keeps on loading and loading non stop, nearly no website is accessible 

Did this work before? Yes worked last night i guess, so previous build

Chrome version: 70.0.3525.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Things I tried to fix it:
1. reset my router
2. restart my computer
3. open chrome with a guest user with no extensions

It seems as the problem is in chrome as everything seems to load fine on my other computer with my stable chromem, browsing chrome on my phone is also smooth and I am using microsoft edge to submit this issue, which also Edge seems to work just as fine.

I tried looking up if others have this issue, but I couldnt.

Is that 70.0.3525.0? V8 is pretty busted there; nothing network related.

Don't know the details, I am on networking, just the render crash rate graph  looks kinda like this:

... with some V8 thing on top of all the stats. The underlying issue (bug 875162) is marked fixed, so should hopefully go away in either 70.0.3526.0 or any 70.0.3526.x they make.

My chrome as right now starting to get It self together and it's attempts to load assets from the pages I visit are getting better, but still, very under performed, it has things it still wont load and it never ends on loading pages, just keeps loading and loading, assets would load very very slow too now that some things are KINDA loading now

New nightly update released, things all have come back to normal, everything works now! that's great!

It has been resolved ever since my last comment, everything works just perfectly ever since! thank you so much for your hard work and contribution toward the canary project!
