Issue descriptionCheck that all the tests removed by https://crrev.com/c/1153969/36/chrome/browser/safe_browsing/safe_browsing_service_browsertest.cc#b1960 have some counterpart that covers the same functionality. If something is missing, file bugs to create new tests.
