Better rendering scheduling |

Issue descriptionCompositing tasks on the renderer main thread take ~40% of total renderer execution time. At the moment we rendering tasks and other tasks run in order. This results in: - doing too much rendering, especially during loading' - problems with increasing/decreasing priorities for other tasks due to them interfering with compositing tasks. This bug tracks the work around improving this and implementing custom scheduling for rendering tasks on the renderer main thread.
