Visible wrong screenshot when closing tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to a page on a tab which is not the last tab
(2) Open a tab and navigate to another page
(3) Close the tab

What is the expected result?
The new tab should be displayed.

What happens instead?
I have a brief flash of the tab opened in (1).

It it on 68, I should have mentioned it.
I think it is indeed a duplicate of  issue 865227 , so it should be fixed in M69.
