Non-Regression:Unnecessary misplacement of video file window while opening in Files app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> go to https://www.sample-videos.com/
(2)Download a 3gp video file >> open it in Gallery and observe

Actual:Unnecessary misplacement of video file window while opening
Expected: No such unnecessary misplacement should be seen when video is opened

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

I doubt this will be fixed. We're currently considering just deleting the video player and having things open up in gallery instead.
