I noticed this too today after update to fcb3f116e09c2f822767c6eb4260bbd8d9f3067e-refs/branch-heads/3525@{#1}
Some sites don't load at all. Some sites crash tab while loading. Some show white screen. And some sites chrome can't load because of not enough memory (but it's the only tab opened). Even new tab page is crashing for me sometimes.

Oh, noticed this is on Android. I'm seeing my issues on Win7 x64.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 70.0.3525.0 and latest canary 70.0.3525.3 using pixel 2 XL. Navigated to getchu.com and page loaded successfully.

@ youling257: Is this issue consistently reproducible? Also please let us know device details on which you are seeing this issue.

It seems this is NET::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY issue, Chrome 70 rejects subresources from sites with non-trusted certificates.

As per comment#8, this issue seems to be related to desktop. Hence removing OS=android label.
