browser go in not responding state

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have a file picker, which has drag & drop feature.
2. open picker, drag & drop file from browse window and also press open button.
3. browser go in not responding state.

What is the expected behavior?
picker window should restrict user to not drag & drop file from it, just like Firefox and IE.

What went wrong?
browser go in not responding state.

Did this work before? N/A
