Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 8.0.0; SM-N950F Build/R16NW) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.91 Mobile Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I install a search override extension 2. After first search Google Chrome asks me if I want to keep new search engine or I want to restore 3. If I click restore back, Chrome disables the search engine reset extension and I am not notified about it. What is the expected behavior? As Extensions can notify install and uninstall, I expect something to be able to track disabled extensions What went wrong? Cannot track when my search extensions are disabled by chrome or by user Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.91 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:
