What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Android settings.
2.Search for "Parallel Tasks" (Search bar will predict and show a link to the dev settings "Enable the Running of Parallel Tasks" 
3.Click on the suggested setting from the search/prediction bar

What is the expected result?
After clicking the suggestion, it should take me to the dev settings, and highlight the "Enable...Tasks" setting. 

What happens instead of that?
It will take you to the dev settings, but the slider to enable the setting is nowhere to be found. You cannot find it by searching or by manually going to the dev settings and looking for it. 

I included a screenshot of the search/prediction bar portion of the issue.
