supersize archive (MonochromePublic.apk) failing on chromium.perf/Android Builder Perf

Which has a single commit:
r583639: [build:android] Use default proguard and multidex for monochrome release

I'm going to try a revert to fix the build.

This was a 2-sided patch, and looks like it also has a merge conflict. Let's try and just disable the failing supersize assertion for now (I'll do this).
