OS: Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and press ctrl+S to save page twice.
(2) Double click on 1st three dot menu from download bar and then click on 2nd, observe.

Actual: Context menu for wrong file is seen.(i.e.while clicking on 1st three dot downloaded file context menu opens for 2nd one)

Expected: Context menu should should open properly.


This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-61' series.

Note:
1) Issue is also seen on M-68 Stable (build #68.0.3440.106), M-69 Beta (build #69.0.3497.32) & M-70 Canary (build #70.0.3522.0).
2) Issue is not seen on Win (7, 8, 8.1, 10) & Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
