I have confirmed that the contrast of the icon is very low, when mobile data or wifi icon is animating on the blue circle.
Will you confirm if this is same issue as this one? (Please take a zoomed movie and see if there was an icon animation that is very difficult to see)
Also, let us know the model number of the mobile dongle if possible.

I will also set up test environment and try next week.

Fix color of feature pod network icon in OOBE.

The animation on network feature pod button was drawin in a wrong color
while a wireless network is connecting, when in OOBE and Unified System
Tray is enabled.
