What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://flags and type any letter in search box (Ex. "G")
2. Right click in search box and select 'Undo' option.
3. Observe the page.

Actual Result : Matching results does not update after performing 'Undo' action on chrome://flags page.

Expected Result : Matching results should update accordingly after performing 'Undo' action.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-63 series, as the new "chrome://flags" page was introduced in build #63.0.3235.0

1. Issue is also reproducible on Canary build #70.0.3524.0, Stable #68.0.3440.106 and Dev #70.0.3521.2
