What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> click on Uber Tray
(2)Now observe 'Do not disturb' Icon i.e.  click on Notifications text and observe  'Do not disturb' option is disabled but at Uber Tray Slash line is seen missing for Icon
(Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: Slash line should be seen for 'Do not disturb' Icon as  'Do not disturb' option is disabled
Actual: Instead Slash line is seen missing for 'Do not disturb' Icon

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3463.0/10793.0.0
