Multiple sync integration tests became flaky recently |

Issue descriptionI've noticed issue 873902 , issue 873573 and issue 873494 , which all are about flaky sync integration tests and were filed on 13th-14th of August. Now I am wondering whether this was a sudden increase in flakiness and, if so, whether we could find out which CL caused this. melandory@, could you triage please? I definitely remember seeing sync integration tests being flaky during my shift on 9th and 10th of August, so this may be a coincidence.
