We are seeing a crash in chromium randomly.

Reported by arun.ram...@motorolasolutions.com, Aug 16 
Steps to reproduce the problem:
ITs a random issue. Our application is webview based android application using Cordova.

What is the expected behavior?
There should not be crash

What went wrong?
We are seeing the below crash in Chromium and our application gets killed because of chromium crash and our application uses webview

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.85  Channel: stable
OS Version: Android 7.0

@arun.ramamoorthy: Could you please provide test url/app which is webview based android application using Cordova to test this issue from TE end. This would help in better triaging of the issue.

Also please confirm 
> if this issue is only specific to chromium or reproducible on chrome?If it reproduces on chrome please provide 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes.
