Cleanup old files in .cipd/tmp/* |
|
Issue descriptionThis directory holds package files while they are being downloaded. They can be huge (gigabytes). If for some reason CIPD client is abruptly terminated (crashes without panicing, gets SIGKILLed, the machine kernel panics, ...) such files stay there forever. In some pathological cases this directory grew to 350GB in size. We should proactively delete old files from it (let's say older than 8 hours) each time the client does some installation. |
