Issue descriptionDo we use Canary/Dev, or Bundle vs APK, etc. Similarly, we must establish whether simultaneous support for both modularized and original code arrangements of the VR UI is required.

This would simply ride along with the existing VR DFM, with the additional native code split enabled via feature flag. |
