Media session should release focus on suspend

Issue description

If we pause a media session we set the focus state to SUSPEND but we do not release audio focus.

Actually, I don't think this is a bug but might be on purpose. I believe that this is common behaviour on Android. I wonder if things like Android's MediaSession would stop working otherwise which may prevent users from resuming playback.
