Version 70.0.3521.2 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

This has happened in previous Chrome builds and has resolved with later versions.

https://accounts.intuit.com/ is distrusted in Chrome 70 and later because it is using a legacy Symantec certificate. That is why the login fields are not appearing.

Thanks for the info. Is there a workaround, other than using an older version of Chrome? Obviously I should bug Intuit too.
Definitely bug Intuit. https://security.googleblog.com/2018/03/distrust-of-symantec-pki-immediate.html has the details

Firefox Nightly is also blocking these certificates - https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2018/03/12/distrust-symantec-tls-certificates/

And Apple will be doing so as well https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208860
I sent them the links. Intuit support said they passed it on to their developers.
