Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open google-chrome with a single Tab open on the welcome page 2. run powertop 3. enable runtime PM on everything you can 4. observe wakeups per second What is the expected behavior? Wakeups per second should remain at a reasonable level What went wrong? Google chrome is causing around 100 wakeups/sec just to display a static page. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: Arch Linux Flash Version: If any other information is necessary, please let me know. Perhaps you'd like a google chrome startup trace?

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 68.0.3440.106 and on latest chrome# 70.0.3528.0 using Linux 14.04, Mac 10.12.6 and Windows-10 with '.html' file provided in comment# 0. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks! |
