Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.go to resizeimage.net
2. click upload image
3. from the ios menu that displays click the browse option
4. choose either a file from "on my ipad" or from "icloud drive"
5. Chrome crashes

What is the expected behavior?
File should be uploaded to website and app should not crash

What went wrong?
App crashed in IOS. App requires to be restarted in order for functionality to be restored.
