[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Wrong result for BrowserShutdownBrowserTest.ShutdownConfirmation

Project Member Reported by wjmaclean@chromium.org, Aug 15

A look at the flakiness dashboard seems to show this test has been flaking since at least July 29th, and the culprit CL was Aug 14th, so this seems wrong.

Maybe I'm missing something, but the analysis page doesn't seem to give much info about which bots where flaking? It would be nice to know this to determine what find-it was thinking.
