Accessing Links throw errors certificate transparency issues older versions working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Access the following link https://www.chasepaymentechhostedpay.com/

What is the expected behavior?
forbidden

What went wrong?
older versions working

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3

Thanks for the report. As of Chrome 68, Chrome requires some certificates to comply with Certificate Transparency (https://www.certificate-transparency.org/) requirements in order to be trusted. This is working as intended from Chrome's end, and the site needs to update their certificate in order to still be considered as trusted. 
 Issue 874398  has been merged into this issue.
