Hi, Marina. I think it's only particular to Mac because it was already disabled on Linux and Android at the time when this bug was filed. It might be that it doesn't happen on Windows, but there's no guarantee at the moment, that Windows is the only platform exempt, rather than having been lucky is not encountering the bug, as far as I can tell.

I (grunell) wrote the comment. :) Marina is owner of a similar Linux bug, hence the cc. Sure, the root issue could affect all platforms. (I should have pointed that out.) The three different bugs related to this test could be the same root cause. But as this was seen on Mac only so far, I marked it as such.
