What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) on tablet mode, flip from landscape > portrait > landscape again
(2) perhaps try clipping on the keyboard and off

What is the expected result?
Cursor should look and work normally.

What happens instead?
It appears at -90' degree angle, as if it hasn't reverted back to landscape mode fully from portrait mode.
