On screen keyboard keeps popping up when entering text in field.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome 
2. Click the search bar
3. On screen keyboard pops up

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
It's incredibly distracting to have to exit out of the onscreen keyboard so many times.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
