(Auto)refresh on commits view doesn't work properly |

Issue description- go to a page such as https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/commits?user=mek%40chromium.org&platform=Windows - scroll down - click "more" - wait (or click the refresh icon manually) The page refreshes, but only shows the "more" commits, rather than the most recent commits as well, with no way of getting back to the most recent commits other than a full page reload.
