Should be able to pin/unpin items by dragging

We should be able to drag and non-pinned, active icon from the right side of the shelf separator (active icons) to the left side of it (pinned)

Is this a regression? Or something new that you'd expect to be able to do now that the separator is there and visible?

This is a new behavior. Sorry if this wasn't covered in the spec.

Summary: Should be able to pin/unpin items by dragging (was: Cannot drag an active icon (right of separator) to pinned section)
Looking at the shelf I don't think this worked even before the redesign? Marking this as a feature request. Would be great to have though!
