Hover previews - Preview stays if I hover over it and then move cursor away |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3519.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Hover over app icon in shelf (2) Move mouse onto preview (3) Move mouse away from preview What is the expected result? The preview is dismissed when the cursor moves away from it. @Gary, what should the interaction look like here? Currently, I on purpose made the hover previews a little more "sticky" than standard tooltips. For instance they don't disappear when the mouse moves elsewhere, they only disappear when you click outside of the bubble.

Moving P3 bugs about hover previews to P2 since this feature is now on the roadmap for the short-medium term.

@Manu, let's replace the click out with a hover out and add a 350ms delay for a duration of 250ms when the preview disappears on mouse out. Let me know if you have any questions, I will add the spec in the meantime. |
