I've seen this happening on iOS Safari browsers. I've created an issue for Webkit here: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188558 I am not experiencing the jitter on Firefox desktop/mobile browsers.

The WebKit bug notes that this is fixed by the WebAnimations feature flags. We should re-test after those features are enabled on iOS. |
