Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3514.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. install last pass extension 2. connect to twitter or amazon or ... 3. reboot your machine What is the expected behavior? after reboot and chrome is launched I expect to be connected to twitter/amazon or ... and lastpass not to ask for my passphrase What went wrong? I'm often disconnected (lastpass everytime, websites sometimes, like 1 out of 3 launches) This did start with version 69 (in fact I see the issue using chrome beta under osx [v69]). Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3514.0 Channel: dev OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (up to date) Flash Version: I did also notice that the gmail checker extension (by Google) is broken (the icon stay gray) nbut not sure if it's related. NB: I already did try with a fresh chrome profile.

Hi, For the gmail checker extension I can see some error if I inspect the "background" page of the extension: > GET https://mail.google.com/mail/feed/atom?zx=gmc4694xxxxxx01 401 Regarding the disconnect issue, maybe it's because I sync my data between beta and dev versions. What I can say for sure is that it broke in dev (I didn't pay to much attention to it) and now it's broken in beta too, so it's going "downstream" and will end in stable. To connect to twitter, you have to go to https://twitter.com/signup, create an account Regards,

Here's a video showing a reproduction (under OSX), I really think this is a sync issue. (I did quit chrome with command-Q at 00:40). Regards,

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 17.10 and mac 10.13.6 using chrome latest stable #70.0.3538.102 and latest canary #72.0.3608.4 as per comment #0 and #5. Observed that after reboot and chrome is launched lastpass did not ask for passphrase. Attached a screen cast for reference. As the issue is not reproducible from TE-end. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team. Thanks...!! |
