What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open https://www.sample-videos.com/
(2)Download Sample video file of 3gp,1Mb(176x144)
(3)In Files app >>Open with Video player and observe

Actual: No video, only audio while playing that sample video file
Expected: Able to see the video also when we are able to play the video file

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
