Files.app click on files on Google Drive unreliable |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3519.3 OS: CrOS eve-arcnext. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) open files app (2) click / enter on google docs / PDF / image file on Google Drive (on google.com corp account) What is the expected result? file opens on browser or gallery. What happens instead? files does not open. hit space to trigger quickview seems to sometimes open the file.

Yes I believe it's related to the performance issue. That reported version: 70.0.3519.3 should include the increase from 5 to 20 for max concurrent jobs, though. :-/ This is more likely to happen if you have ~20 team drives. I'll keep this open until for now and I'll reassess once with team drives being synced serially.

I've run another manual test for this feature with recent changes to improve Files app metadata and I still can reproduce this issue with our symptomatic bad user "sai.team1@teamdrivetest.com". Some seconds after the initial sync, the open action gets stable. I'm attaching the drive-internals log from this interaction. I also tried with my test user and it behaves much better, even during the initial sync. uekawa@ if possible, can you have a try in a recent version: >= 71.0.3549?

FYI - I think this is fixed now on the latest canary with the performance updates the team has been making.

I noticed that canary is so much more pleasant to use. Thanks! I wish M70 was better performing because it's a big regression for the users.
