Browser title mouse follower display garbled

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3189.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chromium
2. Open multiple tabs and Mouse prevents tabs from switching back and forth

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
title display garbled and can view attachments.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3189.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.13.2

chromium version: 60.0.3096.2

When the Chrome hardware acceleration is turned off, the display is normal again.

What's wrong？

Chrome 62 is very, very old. Please update your Chrome Browser to the latest stable version 68 and try it again.
