Rename "Exit session" button in Demo Mode

To make Demo Mode more obviously Demo Mode, we should change the "Exit session" button text that normally appears in public sessions. This was suggested in privacy review.

A better phrase would be something like "Reset demo session".

Olga, any thoughts on a better string?
