Thanks for the report, if you are getting certificate errors while in your WiFi network but not while using mobile data, the wifi network might be misconfigured, or might require you to login before visiting other sites (if this is the case try visiting neverssl.com to trigger the login screen). I suggest looking at the help center article at https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6098869 for help fixing this.
