sync_integration_tests failing on chromium.chromiumos/linux-chromeos-dbg

TwoClientPasswordsSyncTest.SetPassphraseAndAddPassword is crashing. It has been crashing as long as the flakiness dashboard's history records. It's crashing approximately 90% of the time.
