Chromium Google account login problem

Device name: Pixel

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:70.0.3521.0
Operating system:P

Steps to reproduce:
(1)compile Chromium, example compilation settings:

target_os="android"
target_cpu="arm"
enable_nacl=false
symbol_level=0
remove_webcore_debug_symbols=true
is_debug=false
dcheck_always_on=false
is_component_build=false
use_jumbo_build=true

(2)Settings
(3)Sign in to Chrome
(4)Sign in
(5)(Reenter your PIN in case when your device is PIN locked)
(6)Enter your Google account mail
(7)Next

Expected result:

You can login Chromium into your Google account

Actual result:

In step 3 you don't see your Google accounts, in step 7 you see "this account already exists in this device"
