Incognito only bookmarks

Reported by adam.luk...@gmail.com, Aug 13

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 8.0.0; SM-G965F Build/R16NW) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.91 Mobile Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Incognito mode
2. Bookmark a page that you want to remain secret
3. Open regular browsing mode and the bookmark is available

What is the expected behavior?
An option to have a secret folder for Incognito bookmarks would protect a user's privacy

What went wrong?
All bookmarks are available in regular mode, even those made in Incognito mode

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.91 Channel: stable
OS Version:
Flash Version:

Thank you for the suggestion, but Incognito mode cannot store anything hidden on disk after incognito window is closed.
Therefore bookmarks from incognito are stored in regular mode bookmarks (and this is stated on the New Tab Page for incognito mode).
