Steps to reproduce the problem:
I want to be able to pull up and put back the virtual keyboard with a key combination.

What is the expected behavior?
Turn virtual keyboard on and off with keyboard combo

What went wrong?
I love my Pixelbook except for one thing.  There is no dedicated key for the virtual keyboard.  There are times every day when I want to add an emoji to a letter, text, or document.  I can do that with the virtual keyboard.  But all the rest of time, I want it hidden. When I am typing a regular document, it is a serious pain when the virtual keyboard wakes up every time I move the cursor.  I can do it with other OS's, so would expect to be able to do it with they OS I like the best, Android\Chrome.  Pretty Please
