Having an untrusted page loaded in a tab.
Try OfflinePageUtils.getOfflinePage(tab.getWebContents()), the returned OfflinePageItem will have empty filepath, ClientId, title etc.

Not having this is fine, but in OfflinePageUtils.maybeShareOfflinePage there will be a special processing for untrusted pages.
Maybe with those info available, we can refactor the maybeShareOfflinePage even better.
