Passwords not sync

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/68.0.3440.84 Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. The passwords are stored in google accouunt. 
2. But they not appeard on chrome://settings/passwords
3. If you saved a new password, it will not be stored.

What is the expected behavior?
Passwords has to be synced in all devices

What went wrong?
I think that's because the new chromium is installed on the "snap" folder. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 18.04lts

Today I install the chromium browser via terminal, package chromium-browser and passwords syncs perfectly. So, the error comes when chromium is installed in snap folder.
