Virtual keyboard popping up any time cursor is placed in text box

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Anytime a cursor is moved from one text box to another causes the virtual keyboard to appear. 2. When clicking in any text box to add text causes the virtual keyboard to appear. 3. What is the expected behavior? The virtual keyboard should only pop up when a text-box is tapped on a touch-screen What went wrong? The virtual keyboard comes up anytime I need to add text to any textbox within Chrome. I have tried doing the same commands in other programs (Microsoft Word, MS File Explorer) and have achieved the expected behavior. Did this work before? Yes Prior version to current Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version:
