Cursor flickers when entering tablet mode

Chrome Version: 70.0.3519.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Move the touchpad on a convertible device in clamshell modeto show the mouse.
(2) Move to tablet mode.

What is the expected result?
Cusor dissapears

What happens instead?
Cursor flickers

Just realized that the video doesn't show it. Maybe the framerate of the video is too low. I'm happy to repro this in person!
