Minor issues observed when testing VO on refreshed GPay upstream dialog:

- Would be nice if announcement "Chrome has new window" could be more descriptive (not sure if feasible)
- GPay logo needs description text (currently is just "Image") and/or should be skipped
- Separator receives focus when traversing; probably should just be skipped
- Save button receives initial focus, maybe should be on text or title
- Traversal from the top reaches save button before ToS; maybe a different traversal order is needed
