[USS] A bridge is not informed when the ClientTagBasedModelTypeProcessor garbage collects entities

The processor only untracks entities and asks the bridge to delete the metadata. The processor does not ask the bridge to delete the data.

This feels wrong, at least for the autofill_wallet case, the processor should also delete the data. 

Maybe I am missing some more use cases for the GC.

Already fixed for the version watermark directive. Other path is picked for the other directives, this bug is replaced by bugs crbug.com/881286.
