v8's repository is not indexed in codesearch for around 4 days

Issue description

Currently, v8 is indexed in following revision
https://chromium.googlesource.com/v8/v8.git/+/4fe3de13fc5c2592559bb5e49e1a81a6d09a2efd

I wonder bot_update may be broken by cherry-pick commit.

This may related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=870584#c27
